What is management? Getting things done to yield optimal results with minimum resources is the concept of management. Management techniques can be applied in a large refinery industry, to a small trading company, or in an Ayurveda clinic, or in a horticultural farm and even in the home.

Even though Indian women may not have graduated from any professional institutions they naturally apply these powerful techniques in their homes and get best results in managing their families' resources with great efficiency.

The housewife is also very good at Human resource management. She takes complete care of her husband and children. She encourages and boosts their confidence and morale. (Often the wife would ask the husband to open the lid of a bottle, or some other simple task in a way that would make him feel he is stronger- if the husband were not at home, she probably would have opened it quicker herself.)

She often offers gifts when the children perform well in studies or in sports.

She nurses them when they are sick and gives complete emotional security to the members of her family.

She is an expert in production management too. She knows how much stock she must have for a month and plans purchases accordingly. She knows inventory control though she is not aware of ABC or VED analysis techniques.

She is also a good financial manager. She prepares her budget taking into account the income and the expenditures. She also saves some money for the future.

So dear friends, let us take an example and learn the management techniques from the housewife and use it in our places of business.

.

When things go wrong, remember

I was with you at similar occasions before

I am with you still, be assured of it my dear,

And I will always be with you forever.

When sorrow fills your heart, remember

I was with you at similar situations before

I am with you still, be assured of it my dear,

And I will always be with you forever.

When tears flow down your eyes, remember

I was with you at similar occasions before

I am with you still, be assured of it my dear,

And I will always be with you forever.

Living with happiness and sorrows

Is a part of this wonderful life but

Living always with a bright shining smile

Is an art of a fulfilling life.

Whatever pains you may have,

And sorrows you may experience,

Just be assured that,

I am with you always, my dear

So keep smiling always with no fear.

Remember,I am with you.

What is stress? It is nothing but losing control of events. The body registers stress by means of the hypothalamus interacting with the pituitary gland and by an incredible relay system of ‘stress hormones’ produced by the adrenal glands called epinephrine or adrenaline, orchestrate the body’s reaction to stress. Stress can be broadly classified into five different categories which can be interlinked and effect mental and emotional human behavior to a great extent. Some of the noticeable responses may include smoking, consuming inappropriate levels of alcohol, excessive eating of sugary food and substance abuse.

Stress effects circulation and digestive systems, symptoms may include muscle spasms, nausea, ulcers, diarrhea, constipation, headaches, acne, eczema, psoriasis, shortness of breath, palpitations, clammy hands and cold feet. Stress related habits may include grinding of teeth, pacing, fidgeting, wringing of hands, crying, over spending, compulsive eating, and resulting weight gain. Others are insomnia, hyperventilation, lethargy and loss of attention to work. Instances are when stress can develop due to unexpected events beyond one’s control, such as meeting with an accident, delays in meeting deadlines caused by external factors. Pressure of work, travel, mental trauma, family pressures, marriage related issues and any number of domestic or economic causes can trigger stress buildup. As stress can differ from person to person, it is important to observe and understand the underlying causes.

. Yoga is an effective stress management tool made up of poses and postures and is an ancient tradition combining exercise and meditation practice dating back to a few thousand years. Some of the types of Yoga are Yuma, Niamey, Asana, Panorama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. Practicing Pranayama will largely help in managing daily stress. It is really a big handicap to be born as a third sex human and grow into a transsexual. Who is a transsexual? A person who possesses both male organ and breasts but feels like a woman and in some instances a man.

What a big physical handicap? When they grow up and start showing feminine qualities they are often criticized by every one. It is miserable when their parents, relatives, and friends hate them and start to avoid them.

In India many transwomen have to leave their homes at one stage. They become helpless. Therefore, they are quite often pushed into prostitution. Their personal life really becomes a big question mark.

What is the solution to this problem?

The Government should recognize them as the third sex. They should be considered as physically handicapped and given some concessions and facilities to shape their lives.

The government should open separate schools and colleges for them and give a decent education free of cost. They should be placed in good jobs after they complete their studies. They can work in fields such as catering, receptionist, tailoring, fashion design etc.

They should be given free treatment if they wish to change their sex with surgery. They should be treated like the other two sexes by the society.

Let us learn to respect them and support them. After all it is not their mistake to be born like that, is it not?

Sometimes you find a special person

Who changes your life a lot
And let you change his/her life too

Someone who we want to make laugh
Until she/he cant stop

Someone who makes you believe
The world is so good and beautiful

Someone you want to walk along
The seashore with hands joined

Someone you want to listen your
Favorite music with

Someone you want to enjoy the
Nature’s scenery with

Someone you want to dance with,
Tell about your past life,

Someone you want to share
Your good and bad

Someone you can hug and
Shed your tears off

Someone whom you can
Rely on totally forever

Someone who will be your whole world
And whom you want to live for

I am glad I found out my special person
It is you my dear, who else?

If you live to be 100 I want to live

To enjoy this wonderful life in full
In this beautiful world with your love.

( Here is an interesting short story about honesty for you)

He was a highly talented young man with multifaceted skills. Once he was badly in need of a job and approached a rich man who offered him a job as a chauffeur. He asked the young man to come to his home to take up duties. At the time, the rich man was about to sell his old car that had started to give more problems day by day.

When the young man reached the rich man’s home, he found him negotiating with a prospective buyer.

The buyer said, “If you could drive me home in this car without a breakdown, I will buy it”. The rich man turned to the young man and told him, “Hey, here is your opportunity, if you could drive him home without a breakdown, you will get a commission and a job here.” He agreed to the deal and somehow managed to take the buyer to his home as required by his condition. The buyer was amazed by his skill and just could not believe it.

He said, “hey, young man tell me honestly whether this car has serious problems or not?”

The young man hesitated for a minute and told him that it had problems. He knew he might lose his commission and an opportunity to get a job, which he was very much in need at the time, yet he spoke the truth to the buyer. The buyer was so moved by his honesty that not only did he compensate him with the commission, he offered him a job in his company as well.

This was the very same young man who later on, rose to become the financial advisor to the Government of the United States of America. He was none other than the great Paul Hoffman. The value of honesty was recognized by the rich man.

Honesty pays

Child sex in India

by vijayanths | 4:46 AM in | comments (0)

When India is developing in many aspects such as technology, economy etc there are a few dirty things that defame our country’s reputation. One such thing is child sex. Female children are made to indulge in sex without their consent.

.It is so painful to note some female children from a few backward villages of Andhra Pradesh and other backward states become the victims of child sex.

The sex criminals make false promises to the parents that they would get housemaid job in Mumbai for these young girls. They sell the virgin girls to brothel owners in Mumbai. The innocent girls are forced to have sex with their customers.

Many rich men are willing to give a big amount to have sex with virgin girls. Therefore, they stitch the vagina for a few times and sell the girl as virgin at very high rates. How horrible and miserable?

The Government should bring awareness among the poor people in the backward areas about this crime. These sex criminals should be given very severe punishments so that others will have fear to do this crime in future.

The Government should try to give adequate employment to all the people in backward areas and eradicate poverty.

Let us work together to abolish child sex completely from our beautiful country.
