( Here is an interesting short story about honesty for you)
He was a highly talented young man with multifaceted skills. Once he was badly in need of a job and approached a rich man who offered him a job as a chauffeur. He asked the young man to come to his home to take up duties. At the time, the rich man was about to sell his old car that had started to give more problems day by day.
When the young man reached the rich man’s home, he found him negotiating with a prospective buyer.
The buyer said, “If you could drive me home in this car without a breakdown, I will buy it”. The rich man turned to the young man and told him, “Hey, here is your opportunity, if you could drive him home without a breakdown, you will get a commission and a job here.” He agreed to the deal and somehow managed to take the buyer to his home as required by his condition. The buyer was amazed by his skill and just could not believe it.
He said, “hey, young man tell me honestly whether this car has serious problems or not?”
The young man hesitated for a minute and told him that it had problems. He knew he might lose his commission and an opportunity to get a job, which he was very much in need at the time, yet he spoke the truth to the buyer. The buyer was so moved by his honesty that not only did he compensate him with the commission, he offered him a job in his company as well.
This was the very same young man who later on, rose to become the financial advisor to the Government of the United States of America. He was none other than the great Paul Hoffman. The value of honesty was recognized by the rich man.

When India is developing in many aspects such as technology, economy etc there are a few dirty things that defame our country’s reputation. One such thing is child sex. Female children are made to indulge in sex without their consent.
.It is so painful to note some female children from a few backward villages of Andhra Pradesh and other backward states become the victims of child sex.
The sex criminals make false promises to the parents that they would get housemaid job in Mumbai for these young girls. They sell the virgin girls to brothel owners in Mumbai. The innocent girls are forced to have sex with their customers.
Many rich men are willing to give a big amount to have sex with virgin girls. Therefore, they stitch the vagina for a few times and sell the girl as virgin at very high rates. How horrible and miserable?
The Government should bring awareness among the poor people in the backward areas about this crime. These sex criminals should be given very severe punishments so that others will have fear to do this crime in future.
The Government should try to give adequate employment to all the people in backward areas and eradicate poverty.
Let us work together to abolish child sex completely from our beautiful country.

What is anger? It is an immature emotional action. We usually get anger on the persons whom we interact in the daily life. If a person acts something, which is not tolerable by us, we lose our temper.
When we are angry, our body experiences big changes. Our heart beat rises along with the blood pressure. Our nervous system is totally upset. The efficiency of our brain reduces considerably.Therfore the brain is not able to think about the consequences. Frequent anger affects the heart in the long run.
Anger brings us only losses in life. You may lose a good friend, a lover, a colleague or even assets.
How to avoid anger? We have to understand that it is not possible to expect every one to behave as per our wish. Every one is different with different views and different habits. We have to learn to live with all sorts of people in all kinds of environments. Learn to be calm, how bad the situation may be.
World will not go around as per our wish, but we have to learn and live according to the rotation of the world. Do not have too much of targets and goals beyond your capacity. Do not expect perfection in all the people around you. Learn to get what you want from them in a tactful and amicable way.
You may practice pranayama, yoga and meditation. A soothing music will help to calm the mind.
Do not think angry men are brave but surprisingly it is the calm persons who are able to manage any difficult situations without losing the temper are the real brave ones.
However, we can appear to be angry in certain matters to get positive results (A mother’s anger on her child to do home work)
Frequent anger will definitely affect the heart and the life span.
Anger, a silent suicide?

God created the donkey and said, ”you can live 50 years in this world” .But the donkey answered,’50 years is too much for me, so give me only 20 years, please’ .So the God granted his wish.
Then he created the dog and offered 30 years of life .But dog did not want to live so long and hence asked for 15 years only. Therefore, God granted his wish too.
Then he created the monkey and offered 20 years to him. However, the monkey wanted only 10 years and the wish was granted.
Finally he created man and offered him a life span of 20 years. Man quickly responded,”my lord,20 years a very little to me. So please give me the 30 years that the donkey refused, the 15 years the dog did not want and the 10 years the monkey refused”. God granted man’s wish.
That is why man lives 20 years as a man.
Then he marries, gives life to a woman (what a sacrifice), and starts to carry all the burdens like a donkey for 30 years.
Then he lives 15 years like a dog taking care of the house eating whatever given to him. He barks for small things also.
Then he retires and lives 10 years as monkey going from house to house and from one son or daughter to another doing tricks to amuse his grand children.
This is life, is not it?

Managing worry is a very important art of living. Worry can affect your health and your ability to think effectively.
There are four types of worries.
1. Ignorable worries: There are a few worries, which we can simply ignore. If the old people in our family always find fault in our actions and scold us often, we just have to ignore this type of worry. Similarly, a grown up son may have to ignore a dad who is always scolding him.
2. Worries to be solved immediately: If you have a health problem, it has to be attended to at once. Postponing out of fear will result in more complications after.
3. Worries to be postponed; There are certain worries for which the best solution is postponement. You have a son who has all qualifications to get a decent job and he is yet to get one. It is a worry of course but you simply have to postpone such worry, as this temporary problem will be solved automatically after a period. Similarly, you may have an eligible daughter whose marriage is delayed.
4. The worries, which we have to experience: There are some problems, which we have to face, as there is no other go except to face it. You may meet with an accident and have a fracture in your bones which you have to face boldly until you are recovered. An unexpected death of close relative, accidents, natural calamities and any other unexpected losses bring us worries that we have to face bravely to our fullest capacity.
Lastly, I want to tell about the fear of death. When a child is born, only one thing is certain, that it will die one day. When millions and millions of people had died in this wonderful world already, why not we die? Do not worry; you will soon be born again to live in this beautiful world.

I saw a rainbow in my life sky
It was so beautiful to my eye
I was so stunning with its beauty
I forgot to do my duty
I could hardly take my eye from the bow
So I simply kept on telling woow
Wondered if I could place it in my bedroom wall
To bring back my happiness that was once so tall
The joy was high and I could feel the new blood in my veins
Each cell in my body enjoyed it and forgot the past pains
But what a fool I am to think it is an eternal bliss
Ho, it disappeared suddenly making me to miss
I thank you dear bow, for the boundless joy you showered on me
And for the deep impression you made on me
Like a short poem of powerful words, I love you thee
Now that you are gone, but when will, I stop looking up the sky?
The joy was real, need I to say my spirits went high,
The rain bow has gone, leaving a pain of death?
You taught me a lesson to day that is a life’s worth
If rain lives short, it’s bow lives still shorter, so have sense,
Never enjoy a rainbow if you cannot cope up with its absence.

It is truly surprising to note that our ancient Maharishis were having extraordinary knowledge in astronomy and astrology. They seemed to know all about the universe with their inner vision. They had given accurate calculations and data about the planets and other stars in the galaxy.
They had given many facts about the planet Mars. According to them Mars is a fire planet .Its soil is red. It has relation with the formation of blood in all living things in the earth. They represent land and younger brothers and sisters in astrology.
It is a male planet. The top police officers, military generals are born under the influence of Mars. Those who are born under the influence of Mars shine as famous surgeons too. If the planet Mars is not well placed in the horoscope it may lead to certain problems in the married life.
NASA recently sent a spacecraft to Mars for research purposes and brought soil from there.
It is red sand.

Kabir das was a great Hindu saint lived in the 14th century .He had many disciples and followers. Sheikh Parith a famous Islam saint was also living at the same period. He too had many followers. Both used to travel across the country and preach on religious matters .Both were excellent orators.
Once both happened to be in the holy city of Kasi at the same time. The followers of both Kabir and Parith felt it was a good opportunity to make the two great saints meet and listen to the interactions between them. Both had a very strong love and respect for each other though they had never met before.
They met on a great day. Both were looking at each other silently with tears of joy in their powerful eyes. They did not speak a word with one another. They knew each very well and therefore they had nothing to talk and simply enjoyed the moment with great joy.
Truth is to be felt, not told.
Maximum level of speech is silence.
Optimal height of action is inertia.
and
Silence is a sound language.

People say that human mind is like a monkey as it skips and jumps to many thoughts .The mind can be compared to a horse too. Human mind is like a tough horse .It is not easy to control it.
There are four types of horses namely very good, good, ordinary and bad.
The very good horse will run when it sees the shadow of the whip. The good one does it when it sees the whip. The third one runs when the trainer whips it. The fourth one does not run even when he whips it harshly.
Likewise, some people who have great-matured mind can easily control their minds without any efforts. The second type of people can control if they take some efforts. The third type people will be able to control mind only when they take serious steps and the last type may not be able to get desired results even after taking serious steps.
So, how to get the control on mind? We can achieve this by regular meditation and yoga.
If you have proper control and if you can order your mind you can go to great heights in life.
If your mind orders you then you will go nowhere.
So, learn to train your mind, the tough horse.
